Petya Nedelcheva wins Bulgaria’s badminton open championship
All-time best Bulgarian badminton player Petya Dimitrova has won the open championship in badminton held in Sofia with a USD 15,000 award.
She confessed she had trained only 6 days ahead of competition. Coach Orlin Tsvetanov announced he was happy that she had managed to get into shape in such a short notice.
He is optimistic that she will manage to prepare in the next two weeks for the tournaments in France and Denmark.
