Danish superstar Peter Gade was hospitalized upon arrival in Malaysia for the first Super Series event. Gade became ill on his flight to Malaysia, and was brought immediately to the hospital after landing. It is unknown at this point what is wrong with him, but he has since been released from the hospital. With the tournament quickly approaching it is still unclear whether he will be ready to play or not.
